the room with a modern bathroom. good location, we were just next door to center of the city. there was a nice restaurant not too far from the hotel.

Cozy room with a super comfy bed, central heating that keeps you warm, a personal safe for your peace of mind, and lots of TV channels to choose from. 🛁 Nice bathroom with a bathtub. the location has a peaceful countryside vibe and is super close to the airport.

We really enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel, no complaints whatsoever. Booked a room with traditional decor. Modern decor, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Our accommodation was set in a countryside location very close to the flight path as well as the airport.

The staff we met were noisy.

The rooms are big, comfortable and clean as is the bathroom. The bar is used as the village bar and has a village pub atmosphere about it.

Although you can have a decent snack at the bar it is odd that the restaurant is oly open Monday to Friday

The highlight here is the continental breakfast with yogurt, meats, and cheeses, as well as the modern, well-decorated room that includes a safe box, multi-channel TV.

The rrestaurant was closed and when I made the booking I said that we had stayed at the Hotel before and the restaurant was closed on this occassion as well. I specifically said I only wanted to stay if the restaurtant would be open. The only restaurant nearby (1 mile) had a private function and there was nothing else in the area. As we had just experienced a 8 hour drive we were not in a mood to drive any large distance. I suggest next time you are asked a question you chevck it out before you go ahead and make ther booking. We are staying in Cuenca on our return to the Costa Blanca (157.343.044) I hope this is more satisfactory.

Large rooms, good vfm, staff helpful, close to ferry, excellent breakfast, very quiet, complimentary wine and chocolates.

Not easy to find, we got horribly lost, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Bed too hard for my wife, but I liked it.

A little noisy staff!

We chose this location to visit the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao while avoiding parking problems and city noise. It worked out fine. The staff was nice and the restaurant good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff at Urban Loiu Hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view. the location was convenient, with easy access to both the airport and Bilbao city center. We especially appreciated the romantic offer we booked, which included a late check-out and surprise treats every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely experience!

What a pleasant overnight stay, no complaints whatsoever. Very good sized and brand-new room with a modern bathroom, local wine and a complimentary bottle of local wine, attentive staff. Very good services, the free parking was available onsite. The quick check-in. Excellent wines and gins in the wine bar.

We use it every year for an overnight stay before taking the Bilbao to Portsmouth ferry. Excellent location for this and an extremely comfortable and quiet hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport in Bilbao and had a great experience. the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our late-night arrival and arrange a taxi service for the next morning. Secondly, the hotel itself offers excellent value for money with its convenient location and affordable prices. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere, with an amazing view of the surrounding rolling hills. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of service at this hotel.

No complaints at all! All aspects of my stay were excellent.

It is only 10 minutes from the airport in a quiet small village. Our plane was delayed by 3 hours and we arrived at 2 am. After ringing the night bell a fresh faced lady welcomed us and showed us our rooms with great humour and empathy. The hotel is modern, clean and functional but ideal for the airport. We had our own car but it is an easy taxi ride.
